What payment method do you accept?

For website design projects we accept local bank transfer (online payment by credit card will see a 5% charge added to the project). For our monthly website maintenance and hosting service, we accept online payment by credit card.

When do I need to pay for the task?

For a task-based project (e.g. fixing a bug, improve website speed) we take 100% payment upfront. For a larger project (e.g. building a new website from scratch) we have a milestone structure where you’ll only need to pay once we complete a preset milestone.

What if you can’t complete my task?

In the rare case that we cannot complete your task, we will give you a 100% refund.

Are there any ongoing cost after you’ve designed and developed our website?

No. Once we have completed your website design project, you’ll own everything, from design to source code of the website. We’ll provide you with the login credentials to your WordPress backend dashboard where you can manage and update your website.
